Annual Utilization and Service Agreement

All Cleaver Clients enjoy the unlimited use of our People Development System through the Cleaver International Annual Utilization and Service Agreement (AUSA). The AUSA licenses our clients the full use of the PDS.

After training and certification in the Cleaver People Development System, the appropriate Annual Utilization and Service Agreement (AUSA), enables you to fully implement your own application of the system to meet the daily requirements of managing the human talent throughout your organization. The AUSA provides substantial benefits, including:

• Implementation of the Cleaver instruments and systems throughout the company, under the direction of an Executive Certified Cleaver Associate.

• The Certified Cleaver Associate can call the Cleaver Company for assistance interpreting materials and seeking assistance at any time without a fee.

• The Cleaver Associate is invited to attend an Annual Conference at a convenient date and location for a modest charge.

• The Cleaver Client is entitled to scoring assistance.

• The Cleaver Client receives a start-up kit of forms and instruments for implementing the appropriate system.
