The Results Lab

The Results Lab is an on-demand communication system that enables meetings to be more productive, organized, and efficient.

The purpose of a meeting is usually to share thoughts and ideas, to collaborate, and to efficiently make important decisions. The problem with many meetings is that only the most vocal people’s opinions are heard and many valuable opinions of less vocal participants are lost.

T he Results Lab was designed to allow participants to submit their opinions into the Results Lab system and it collects and organizes the responses from the group so they can be reviewed and discussed. Participants are able to submit and discuss many more ideas in a fraction of the time. Many more voices are heard and decisions are made based on all meeting participants rather than the expressed opinions of the most vocal members.

How it works:

The Results Lab’s process consists of three steps: Diagnostic Set Up, Lab Session, and Reporting & Analysis. During the Diagnostic Set Up, a Cleaver analyst will work with your key personnel to identify and draft key topics for your team. An agenda and key questions that should be discussed in the meeting will be set into the program.  The Lab Session can be a face-to-face session or Web-based session (or a series of sessions) moderated by a trained facilitator. Each person will sit at a computer in the meeting and as each question is posed, he/she will type his/her response appropriately and anonymously.   In Reporting & Analysis, we provide you with a documented version of the data and results generated at the session and with a set of main themes and recommended action steps. The sessions are designed to address the needs of small to mid-size groups ranging in size from five to 25 people.  The computers and related materials can be provided or participants can use their own laptop computers.
