The purpose of this online program is to strengthen the management team as a whole by advancing each member as a professional leader and a more effective member of the team. Each individual possesses both strengths and limitations, which are apparent to supervisors, peers, and subordinates. After the team rates each individual, personalized development plans for each leader are negotiated and executed to improve individual and team performance. This process is designed to elicit the best thinking of all close observers in assessing the Leader’s skills and contributions to the team.
On-going Leadership Assessment is critical to developing managers as leaders. The assessment provides managers with data for understanding their strengths and weaknesses as day-to-day managers by measuring execution against expectation and giving timely feedback early in the performance cycle. This multi-dimensional assessment also provides feedback from supervisors, peers, subordinates and self.
