Joining the Cleaver Community is free. We believe everyone deserves a development partner to help them implement a plan and we are committed to providing you with both a plan and a partner for as long as you want it. No charge. This is how we build better leaders and better teams in hopes of building a better world.

Absolutely not. We send out one email each week with curated development content based on the topics you select in your sign-up form. Periodically, throughout the year, we will send a email to all our community members with updates on special events and coaching opportunities. You can always unsubscribe from the Cleaver Community as well.

Most of our Cleaver Community members are professionals who have worked with Cleaver in a development program sponsored by their company. At the end of these programs, they have an opportunity to join the Cleaver Community to receive ongoing support for their development journey. However, anyone is welcome to join who is energized by personal and professional development.

While our weekly, curated, development content is and will always be free, we have a few ways in which Community members can take their development deeper.
1. Individual Coaching: 1:1 coaching with a Cleaver Coach with various options. See individual coaching packages here.
2. Group Masterminds: Group coaching for executives in similar stages in their careers. Issues on the table, raw discussions, growth-focused. You can find out more about our masterminds here.
